Shipping your parcel

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so we will charge postage for each one. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying a reason.

Simply fill in the appropriate form in the customer area within 14 days of receiving the product.

Also within the 14-day period, all products purchased must be returned to the sender(including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend that you put it in a second box whenever possible. Affixing labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases. In other words, everything must be done to ensure that the returned product is intact in all its parts, including the packaging. Return costs and the means to be used will be borne by the Customer and Ceramitaly will not be compensated if the goods are lost or damaged.

Once the goods have been received, Ceramitaly will issue, after the positive outcome of the verification of the returned goods, a credit note for the full amount paid by the Customer, net of shipping costs.

If for some ongoing promotion or for any other reason Ceramitaly has paid the customer part or all of the shipping costs, since this gift is still subject to the purchase and since the purchase has ceased to exist, by returning the product, the shipping and costs already incurred by Ceramitaly would be recovered and deducted from the credit note. In case the customer has received for example the product with free shipping, since the shipping cost amounts to € 10.00, Ceramitaly will deduct the remaining € 10.00 on the credit note. The credit note will be refunded within 14 days, unless the Customer decides to purchase goods of the same amount or to keep the credit for future purchases.

Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the supply of sealed audiovisual products, video games or computer software that have been opened by the consumer. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Ceramitaly finds: Use of the goods and any consumables, even partial. Lack of or damage to the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging, absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport In the cases indicated above, Ceramitaly will return the goods to the sender purchased, charging the same for shipping costs.

Who has no right of withdrawal

Consumers may not exercise this right of withdrawal if they purchase for purposes related to their professional or business activity or if they have purchased with VAT, with the relative invoice.

Cancelling an order

The customer can cancel the order by simply notifying us by e-mail at or by telephone at the numbers indicated on the contact page

Late cancellation

If the cancellation is made after the goods have been dispatched, the customer will still be required to receive the goods and will then request authorisation to return them. After the return, a credit note will be issued and the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid, less shipping and insurance costs for both shipping and return. Even if the customer refuses to deliver the goods in order to avoid the subsequent return, the customer will still be required to reimburse the shipping and insurance costs already incurred by Ceramitaly, as well as the shipping and insurance costs for the return of the goods by the courier.

We recommend that you attach a photo of the defective product to avoid delays in resolving the incident. Returns of goods in our warehouses will not be accepted unless previously confirmed by Ceramitaly.

In any case, remember that in order to return the defective product you must keep the packaging and everything that accompanies the product in perfect condition.

In case of receipt of goods that do not respect the return conditions or damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund will be denied.
